Fifteen years ago

E.J. York was called upon to build out their new 22,000 SF corporate office at 3 Park Ave., fifteen years later we were asked to lead the design and engineering team to rebuild the space as their New York City corporate headquarters for their legal, publishing and executive branch as well as the new NYC meeting and conference center.

Our team collaborated with G-3 Architects and Laszlo- Bodac Engineers to deliver the latest in state of the art communications, lighting and energy efficient systems, utilizing recycled materials to create a professional environment but attractive, yet efficient and comfortable for tenants and visitors as well.

The Success of the Project

Relied heavily on delivering the space on time and working over the office of a legal firm on the 16th Floor below, of the prestige’s 3 Park Ave on 34th Street.

The project scope involved all trade disciplines including modernizing the existing base building air conditioning with new VAV controls and fire alarm systems, custom millwork with integrated  Belhiem glass walls, tele-video conference rooms, a recording studio, new restrooms and furniture installation.
