This 2,500 square foot renovation consisted of a complete façade and entry way alteration, new carpet and tile installations, in addition to frameless floor to ceiling glass conference rooms featuring 10 foot tall glass doors.
This project also entailed the furnishing and installation of custom open teller stations used for residential banking, and a custom closed teller station equipped with a bullet resistant door and bullet resistant glass windows, which is used for commercial banking.
While under construction, this branch was turned into a temporary training lab that was utilized as a mock branch to train new hires in a realistic setting.
Ralph Avenue Branch

This Ponce Bank renovation consisted of replacing the existing floor with new wood flooring and carpeting, furnishing and installing custom framed glass conference rooms, in addition to furnishing and installing custom open teller stations and help desks.
This project was completed prior to the projected finish date while under strict COVID-19 restrictions. While on site, E.J. York, Inc. was required to have a temperature check station, a hand washing station, as well as extra gloves, hand sanitizer, and face masks. In order to comply with DOB issued COVID-19 standards, this site and all materials utilized on the job were cleaned and disinfected daily.
