E.J. York performed a full gut renovation of an existing restaurant and transformed it into a new contemporary, European inspired restaurant for our clients.
This project involved overhauling all plumbing fixtures, fitting new HVAC units, adding dimmable light sconces in the dining areas and laying new LVT flooring throughout. We also poured a custom concrete bar top, and created custom hand crafted wood shelving.
Additionally, the spaces fire suppression system received an upgrade to safeguard all new appliances and kitchen equipment.
This project was completed in two phases where phase one was conducted to allow for exploratory demolition work took place, so that we could expose the bones of the space and determine what could be salvaged and what needed to be upgraded.

This site renovation consisted of a complete gut and replacement of all existing systems and finishes in the space.
This main component of this project was the furnishing and installation of all custom millwork. This custom millwork included a new reception desk, accordion doors to separate entertainment centers, and new cabinetry equipped with state of the art railings to assist residents.
In addition to the millwork, this space was opened to create an open floor plan, received tempered glass sidelights, and new ceramic tile flooring.
Upper West Side Apartment
This full gut renovation encompassed a comprehensive overhaul of a 2,447-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom apartment.
The work performed involved the complete demolition and replacement of all interior finishes, upgrading all kitchen appliances and plumbing fixtures, as well as the installation of new drywall partitions.
